Installation Manager

The prime objective of the Installation Manager is to oversee all installation contracts, to ensure a safe work environment, quality workmanship and cost efficient completion of all projects, in conjunction with our Project Managers.
You are a leader in your field, a communicator and a self-starter! You have an excellent working knowledge of the commercial construction industry. Safety is a priority for you! You have experience managing people and coaching individuals in installation techniques. You are aware of local regulations and standards, familiar with construction working drawings and specifications. You enjoy working as part of a high energy team!
You are able to move quickly from task planning and task management to material management, subcontractor relationships, site measurements and inspections, production tracking and job cost control! The overall goal is to deliver the highest quality, most cost effective projects. Normally these competencies would be achieved through management experience in the commercial construction industry. Direct experience in metal building systems and products is an definite asset.
