Construction Project Manager
J & T Construction Ltd, an award winning established local renovation/new building construction company, is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager.
As part of the management team, this full-time permanent position is responsible for overall project planning, estimating, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling projects to ensure on-budget, on-time completion.
Requirments:
- Ability to manage on-going multiple projects and maintain curreent progress reports on all jobs;
- Previous training anf experience in renovations / construction and estimating is required;
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Valid driver's license;
